Discount's are available for landlords with multiple properties and large contractors such as student accommodation and school's. Discounts will be discussed with each client on an individual and personal basis. Thank you

I'm not happy with a service, how do i make a complaint?

We are very sorry to hear that you have not been satisified with a service provided. Whilst we do our very best to make sure every client is satisfied, we understand that sometimes this may not always be the case. We take all complaints very seriously and they can be emailed to thefinalsweep26@gmail.com. Please describe your complaint in as much detail as possible and attach any evidence. A member of the team will assess this and get back to you in due course.

The service that i want is not listed.

Do you supply your own products and equipment?

We can supply our own products and equipment but if you would prefer us to use yours, that is absolutely fine too!

Do you clean furnished properties?

Absolutely. We will work around the space that you provide.

Do you provide invoices for landlords?

We provide invoices to all our customers.

Can you collect keys from letting agents.

we can, however, to allow us the most time spent in the property doing what we do best, we ask that we are met at the property to let us in and collect the keys when we are finished so that the client can check the property and confirm satisfaction.

Do you take on multiple properties for landlords and letting agents?

Yes, we do. We work with landlords, letting agents and property managers, including those with multiple properties. We can help with regular scheduling and provide invoices where required.
